Is the Free plan actually free, forever?
Yes — no card required to sign up, and no trial countdown. Free stays free, with limits on how many invoices and customers you can have at once. Upgrade whenever those limits start to matter.
Can I cancel Pro or Annual any time?
Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing whenever you like — you'll keep access until the end of your current billing period, and nothing auto-renews after that.
What happens to my invoices if I downgrade?
Nothing is ever deleted. Everything you've already created stays exactly as it is — downgrading only changes what you can create going forward.
Do you take a cut of payments I collect?
No. Billex isn't a payment processor — you record payments you've already received (bank transfer, card terminal, cash, etc.) so your invoices stay accurate. There's no transaction fee.
